Fixed collection schedules were built for a fleet that didn't have real-time data. Without visibility into actual bin status, losses accumulate silently — in fuel, in safety risk, and in missed service levels.
A single in-bin IoT sensor feeds the platform with live data several times a day. Operators see actual bin fullness on an interactive map and in a table highlighted by traffic-light status — no manual checks, no guesswork.
From live sensor data to automated scheduling — PILOT gives full visibility and control over waste collection across your entire service area.
Real-Time Fill-Level Tracking
Monitor bin status across your service area on one live map, color-coded by urgency.
Fire & Anomaly Detection
Automatic alerts when sensors detect abnormal heat spikes or irregular fill patterns.
Dynamic Collection Scheduling
Adjust pickup frequency based on actual fill data, including on-demand collection.
Driver App with the Optimal Route
Drivers receive the task in the app: which containers to pick up and the optimal route to reach them.
Fleet Task Management
Assign, track, and close work orders for the collection fleet from a single dashboard.
Continuous Route Feedback Loop
Fill and route data feed back into planning, so routes keep improving cycle over cycle.

of city covered—in real time, in each cycle
Every signal — fill level, fire alerts, pick-up confirmations — is available in configurable reports. Export to PDF or Excel, schedule automated delivery to your operations team.

What is waste management software?
Waste management software helps operators know which containers need collecting, get alerted to fire risks, and send drivers the optimal route, all from one platform and without manual bin checks.
How does the system know when a waste container is full?
A sensor installed at about 80% of the container's height signals the platform when the bin is nearly full, leaving time for a truck to arrive before it overflows. Operators see in real time which containers are approaching the upper mark.
How are waste collection tasks and routes created?
The operator creates a collection task directly from the container's menu, selects several containers for one vehicle, and sets the planned time. The driver receives the task and the optimal route in the app, and the operator follows its completion online in real time.
What happens if a container catches fire?
Fire, temperature and tilt sensors notify the operator on the platform, and by SMS, push or email. You can also pre-set response scenarios (a fire in a bin, a truck accident, a vehicle leaving its route), so any operator knows what to do.
How can I see where collections are needed more often?
The Smart Waste Management report combines two views. The Collections Chart compares the number of collections per object and checks compliance with the collection schedule. The Bins Statistics Map pins each location where full bins were registered, with address and alert count, so you can see where more frequent collection is needed.
