It’s now more than a year using PILOT Software as a partner. All Telematics features are available, including GPS real-time tracking, fuel monitoring, and video monitoring.

The platform interface is friendly, both on the web and in the mobile application.

System Feature I like:

1. Timestamp for every sensor parameter set on the device. The time each sensor data was received on the system, is a plus in data accuracy.
2. All the mainly used Maps are available at no extra cost unlike most of the other telematics providers.
3. The history and events tabs are well-designed and customizable, giving the end users flexibility in the data they receive and how they receive it.
   4.So many report templates are available and also the report design feature enables one to customize the report. Easy to generate and understand the report. Ability to download in different formats: PDF, Excel and CSV.
4. Unlimited storage for processed data. Most providers only have 3 months of data retention.
5. Ability to recalculate raw data. Mostly useful when some events are missing or were not reported for some reason e.g. fuel refills and thefts.

Supports:
The customer system support is superb. Online training for new users, support through WhatsApp group that has real-time feedback.
Flexible payments where only the active devices are billed, unlike other options where all the devices regardless of the status are charged.
Overall, I like and recommend the platform to all who may be interested in full-fledged telematics software.
