    • Enter figures of registry counters (if the installed registry counters are not able to transfer them automatically);
    • Receive invoices for services;
    • Pay them directly in the application by linking a bank card;
    • Track own consumption history of gas, water, electricity;
    • Track the history of payments for utilities, analyze consumption spikes;
    • Leave requests, requests for technical maintenance, track their status, give feedback on the services provided;
    • Receive automatic service termination notifications due toaccidents, late payment or other reasons, and learn about therestoration of the provision of services.

    Cases

    Problem: Trash containers are being stolen, set on fire, and sometimes filled before the scheduled garbage truck arrives to pick them up. Solution from PILOT Platform: Sensors are installed in the containers that send a signal to the platform that the container is close to overflowing, the temperature inside has increased, or the slope has changed. The operator receives notifications from the PILOT platform (e.g. push, sms, email) and builds an optimal route for the garbage truck to remove the overflowing bins.
