New in release 7.4
Dear colleagues!
We are glad to inform you about the new features of the platform. The Pilot Telematics team has developed new features that will help you speed up and simplify your work and improve your user experience.
So, what’s new in the version:
Geozones mass removal
Instead of deleting geofences individually, users can now select them in the geofence tree and use the “Delete” menu item for mass deletion. This is a more efficient way to remove multiple geofences at once. For more information, please see the article linked below.

Added to the constructor: data type, number of connection losses and duration.
Previously, this data was presented and applied in reports, but it was not displayed in the constructor. Now you can find there:
The number of communication losses. The number of cases when the device loses connection to the server over a certain period of time.
The duration of the connection loss. The time during which the device remains disconnected from the network or server after the connection is lost.
Create reports and save important data.
Fuel card report: total value added
We have added a field for the total value of refuelings from the sensor to the existing fuel card report.
Working after hours report
An error has been fixed in the construction of the report, in which data was not displayed for a long period (for example, 2 weeks or more).
Mileage outside geozones report
Using the new feature, the report will not display lines for objects that have not left the specified geozones or have a mileage outside of the corresponding geozones.
Toll road module
The implemented toll road module is a part of the geozones module and it will be useful for the following:
– Vehicles movement of on toll roads tracking.
– The appropriate traffic pricing understanding.
The Pilot system provides planners with information about travel times and prices for different types of vehicles. They can generate a report with summary information about toll checkpoints, such as the name of the road, time, location, and prices.

Integration of SIM card management platforms: Jasper и Emnify
The following features are now available through the integration:
> Display a list of connected SIM cards;
> Manage actions to reach the traffic limit (Jasper):
> Lock/unlock the SIM when the car is locked:
> Lock/unlock a SIM from the SIM list:
> Send SMS from the machine and SIM card (Jasper).
Briefly about the Jasper platform:
M2M (Machine-to-Machine) SIM card monitoring and management platform that allows you to use various settings and track real-time connections between devices. The data is presented both digitally and visually. It’s a centralized control center that can be accessed remotely at any time. Recall that M2M is a solution for wireless data exchange between different devices (ATMs, terminals, security systems, sensors, etc.) and a central hub.
Briefly about the Emnify platform:
Emnify is designed for flexible global and local coverage in over 540 networks across 180 countries, as well as expanding connectivity to the Internet of Things. It also helps reduce the cost and complexity of deploying multiple networks simultaneously.
Emnify IoT eSIM combines the multi-IMSI (international mobile subscriber ID) applet with the eUICC (integrated universal integrated card) standard for a reliable connection of IoT (Internet of Things) devices to hundreds of networks around the world.
The Dashboard
The dashboard is a data visualization tool that presents users with a summary of information in an easy-to-understand and visually appealing format. By default, the dashboard shows current statistics for vehicle activity, connectivity, mileage, violations, geofencing, and PTM (pending time management). It also displays a table with estimates for traveled distance, idle time, ignition time, and other relevant metrics.

Integration with the Help Desk Buddy and Odesk technical support platforms
Integration allows for a seamless transition from the PILOT system to the technical support platform.
Briefly about the platform:
The HelpDeskEddy platform allows for a unified approach to all incoming applications, both within the company and from customers. This means that it is possible to track the status of each application through its executors. The client can clearly see that their request has been received and what stage it’s at, while the manager can monitor the entire process. The platform automates as many business processes as possible, including automatic responses based on specific conditions or outside business hours, automatic assignment of tasks to team members, sending notifications to messengers and social media, as well as requesting feedback on service quality and more.
Briefly about the Okdesk platform:
The Okdesk platform is a functional accounting system that automates all business-to-business service support (help desk) processes, including field service and after-sales support within companies. It helps keep track of requests, monitor application execution, monitor employee discipline, and track client/applicant sentiment. The platform was developed based on the best practices of over 15,000 companies in Russia and the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS).
Shortening the path «admin – contract – user»
Now, when you double-click on the contract, you will be taken to the window with a list of «users», and not «edit the contract». Similarly, in the «Users» window, double-clicking on a user (you don’t need to use the «Pilot» icon) will take you to the user interface. This way, the process for common operations is simplified, saving you time.
We would also like to remind you that in the previous release, we implemented the mass loading of Wialon objects.
To upload objects from Wialon into the Pilot system in bulk, you can use the import function. This allows you to add a large number of objects simultaneously. This can be particularly useful for companies managing a large fleet of vehicles.
For more information, please read here.
In addition to the above, we have optimized the system’s operation, fixed errors and added additional features. Information about all the improvements and fixes for version 7.4 can be found at the following link.
